Basic Insurance is included for drivers aged 25 to 75 years old.
Basic or Full Coverage. Renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
Renter must be 25 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license must be provided. A valid credit card in the renter's name is required.
Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Renter is responsible for all traffic violations and road tolls incurred during the rental period. Renter agrees not to operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Renter must return vehicle with FULL tank of gas as given. Renter must not return the vehicle with any odor (cigarette smoke) or wet seats, cleaning fee of $ 200 may apply. Smoking is not allowed in vehicle.
The vehicle shall not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or for hire.
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violation of its terms. Upon termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately.
Lessor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the rental of the vehicle. Renter: If decides to take basic insurance, in case of an accident a $2000 copayment will be required. Renter: If decides for FULL coverage insurance $40 per day will be added to daily rental fees.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Car Rental Contract.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Island Vibez car rental and charter rental services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
Island Vibez reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
NO INSURANCE :If renter decides to take NO insurance, he or she is responsible for the full cost of fixing both parties vehicle in case of an accident. BASIC COLLISION : If renter decides to take Bacic Collision Insurance a additional $15 per day will be added to daily total, he or she will be responsible in full for any damages done to the said vehicle, however insurance will cover the other parties costs of repairs. FULL COMPRESSIVE INSURANCE : If renter decides to take Full Compressive Insurance, a $30 per day with be added to daily total, however in case of an accident insurance will cover both individual vehicles.
Renter is required to provide a SECURITY DEPOSIT to the Owner in the amount of CI: $100.00 (security deposit) to be credited to any fuel or cleaning expenses caused by renter.
NB: Car MUST be cleaned and refueled before returned to the Owner.
Owner may apply any of the security Deposit to cure renter’s Default or Breach of this agreement, or to cover any maintenance or fuel expenses. The Renter would otherwise be responsible to pay.
The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in its current condition (excluding normal wear and tear) to the owner on the return date and hour with fuel and extension exceptions.
The Renter is not permitted to smoke in the vehicle, if the vehicle is returned bad odor, a cleaning fee of $30.00 will be charged to remove the scent from the vehicle. Smoking is also bad for your health and others. Please be considerate of others as well as your environment.
The Renter swears and attests that he/she has a legal, and valid license to drive this type of vehicle in this country, and that there are no outstanding warrants against said license.
Failure to comply with this agreement. FINESSE RENT-A-CAR Owner or any management of team has the right to seize the vehicle immediately.
The Renter agrees to use vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (Personal or Business). The Renter further agrees to follow all country, and government rules and restriction regarding use and operation of the vehicle.
The Renter agrees to harmlessly, indemnify and release the owner for any damages, injuries, property loss and or death caused while renter operates this vehicle. The Renter will be held accountable and liable for any damages or cleaning fees incurred while renting the vehicle: and confirm that it is in good operable condition.
The owner swears and attest that the vehicle is in good, working order and has no liens or encumbrances.
The Renter agrees to cover or repair any damages caused to the vehicle while rented.
The Renter will cover the full cost accumulated in damages or loss.
Security Deposit will be held to cover any fuel or cleaning expenses caused by the Renter(s). It will be refunded once car is inspected by Smooth’s Car Rental representative
All bookings are subject to availability. The agency reserves the right to modify schedules or vehicles in case of unforeseen circumstances.
